Shipping only to the US for the moment. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 3-6 days for your order to be delivered.

We are not responsible for a wrong address on an order, however you can email customerservice@shopraices.com as soon as you notice the wrong address and we will try to do our best to accommodate the changes. Please make sure to include your name, corrected address and order number. To avoid this please make sure to verify you have put the right address.

Once your package says it was delivered, we are not responsible for it and you must contact the United States Postal Service. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
