Returns/Devoluciones

All claims need to be made within 14 days of delivery. We will NOT accept returns after that time. 

All items must be in the same condition as received (no stains, odors, rips, etc.) and all tags must be attached.

All returns require proof of purchase, no exceptions.

Customer is responsible for their own shipping costs for returns and cannot be offered a refund for those costs.
